Where do orders ship from?
Everything ships from Adrian, Michigan. We currently ship within the United States.
How long until it ships?
Most pieces are printed to order and ship within a few business days. The pet piano riser takes 3 to 5 business days to make. Custom work is scheduled once we agree the details with you.
Can I return something?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. The buyer pays return shipping, and items must come back in their original condition.
What are the lines on the surface?
Layer lines. 3D printing builds each piece one thin layer at a time, and minor lines are a normal characteristic of the process. They don't affect how anything works.
What is it made of?
Most pieces are PLA. The bed bumper is flexible TPU with a neodymium magnet. Custom work can be PLA or PETG.
Can it go in the dishwasher or a hot car?
Please don't. PLA can soften with high heat, so keep it out of dishwashers and very hot places.
Will colors match the photos exactly?
Close, but colors can vary slightly between screens and filament batches.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
